Specialty Care Provider / Specialty Care Clinician
We are seeking a compassionate, highly skilled Specialty Care Provider to join our growing healthcare team. This role is responsible for delivering patient-centered specialty care, evaluating complex health conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating closely with primary care providers, specialists, nurses, and support staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality outcomes.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing respectful, evidence-based care. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, reviewing medical histories and diagnostic results, ordering and interpreting appropriate tests, educating patients and families, documenting care accurately, and participating in care coordination and follow-up planning.
Candidates should be licensed or eligible for licensure in the applicable state and have relevant training or experience in specialty care. Board certification or specialty certification is preferred, depending on the position. Prior experience in an outpatient specialty clinic, hospital-based specialty service, or multidisciplinary care environment is highly valued.
